- All our products are sold in a checked and good state.

 

- We give a warranty period of 30 days.

- Incase there’s a problem with the product during this period the consumer can send an e-mail to: thegoldreportamsterdam@gmail.com. Together we can come up with the best solution either to repair, exchange or refund the product.

 

- The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear and damage resulting from accidents.

 

- The risk of loss, damage or theft of the products is at your own risk. 

 

- reparation or resizing is at your own risk. In this case, the warranty is unfortunately no longer valid.
