Meet the girls behind The Gold Report.

We’re Merel and Nina, two Amsterdam-based friends brought together by our shared love for golden treasures. What began as a personal passion for collecting unique vintage jewelry slowly transformed into something more — a way to share that same excitement and appreciation with others.

The Gold Report came to life organically, born out of countless weekends spent scouring flea markets, antique fairs, and hidden boutiques across Europe. With our own hands stacked full of one-of-a-kind finds, we realised it was time to turn our treasure hunting into something tangible. And so, our small but passionate company was born.

Today, we travel across the continent, from Parisian brocantes to rural Italian markets, meeting vintage gold dealers to select our favourites and beyond, sourcing only the finest vintage gold pieces. Each item we find tells a story — and we’re dedicated to curating a collection that feels both timeless and personal. Every piece is carefully selected by us, with an eye for craftsmanship, character, and a bit of sparkle.
